  A below video is an sample of my automation project

Things needed for this project

 

  * arduino uno

 * bluetooth module ( i used HC-06 )

 * relay board ( relay's attached )

 * few jumper wires

 *  9V batteries ( you can get the power pin from          shop     and can make a one like below for powering arduino  ,as i have made)

 * android mobile

 * pc/laptop ( bluetooth enabled )

 * patience ( most important )

 

 NOTE: PLS BE CAREFUL WHILE HANDLING MAIN AC SUPPLY,

  IMPROPER HANDLING MAY LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY,

pls disable the power supply before preceding the below diagram. 

  

 Make the connections according to the below diagram

 

 

Steps for controlling via mobile

 * make the circuit according to the above 

   diagram

 * Install the home automation apk in the

   mobile( downloadlink is given below )

 * Enable bluetooth in mobile and 

   search for the bluetooth module and 

   pair it.( pair code is 0000 or 1234 ).

 * now open the home automation apk and

   click the " click to search ".

 * select the blue tooth module

 * that's it.......its time to control ...

 

    Steps for controlling via laptop/pc

 

 * just search the bluetooth module and

   pair it.

 * now u wil need an software called 

   " tera term " which must installed

 ( just google it and download ).

 * now open the tera term applicatuon 

  and  choose serial in the pop up window

  and try one of the COM port and connect

 * Now...

 press "1" for switching on/off relay 1

 press "2" for switching on/off relay 2

 press "3" for switching on/off relay 3

 press "4" for switching on/off relay 4

 press "5" for switching on/off all relay's

 * that's it...enjoy controlling.......

   SERIOUS INJURY

NOTE: 

 1: the 'rx' and 'tx' connection must be disconnected while uploading the program in arduino.

2. please enable(or check the check box)  that is , " allow installation of app from sources other than google play " in settings in the mobile  to access the other apps  than the play store
